Products that we list are manufactured mainly for international markets with English
manuals and instructions.
How do I know the picture I see is the product I am ordering?
Buysino.com provides accurate images of all products sold on its site.

What if you are out of something I order?
We will contact you if you order contains backordered products. If the
product has been back ordered, we will let you know when the product will be available,
and it will be your choice to either cancel the order or keep it open.
How to order
Do you have a minimum checkout?
Yes, there are minimums, We have a $5,000.00 minimum order. When you choose
the products you want to buy, the minimum order is shown in the product specifications.
The container percentage gauge shows the amount of product you have place in the
container. You have the option to choose which container that best fit your needs.
How will I know the exact shipping cost?
The shipping cost will factor in with your invoice, which will be e-mail
to you.

At Buysino, we have several quality checks before shipping. We check samples
from the manufacture before production, and the product is checked again when we
receive from manufacture, finally, the product is checked and counted before shipping.

country, finally to your door. We have doing business with these logistics partners
for over 20 years.
Will you consolidate my goods prior to shipment if I order from Several different

Yes, at Buysino, we will consolidate you goods so, all your products will
ship together, saving you from having to track 2 shipments.

their phone number, and their website.

The Buysino mall is a showcase for over 200,000 products, pictured Clearly,
with prices marked, no leg work involve to find out prices. You do not need a membership
to order from the Buysino mall. We do require you to register to order product.
The Buysino mall is practical for smaller volume buyers who buy partial containers
or mixed containers, since, most manufactures require you to buy a full container.

What is involved in export arrangements?
Buysino handles all the arrangements for you, so you will feel at Ease not having
to do all the arrangements yourself.
Who is responsible for tariffs when the goods arrive in my
country?
The customer is responsible for paying duties imported to your country. Our customer
service staff will give you an indication of how much duties you are expected to
pay.
Exchange and returns
Can I exchange or return products?
In the event, that, product shipped to you, is damaged, or we Ship you
the wrong product, yes, we will exchange or allow return products. Our staff will
make the arrangements for you.

What is the entire turnaround time to receive my products?
Turnaround time depends on two factors, quantity and availability. Some
manufactures require more time, if, the order is very large, Or, if it is a special
order. Some suppliers will have the product on hand, in either case, we will e-mail
you to give you a good estimate on date of shipment, and confirmation when the product
is really to ship.
Average turnaround time is 45 days to 60 days, from start to finish.
